October 1933 Founded as a sole-proprietor office
July 1947 Incorporated (Atago, Minato-ku, Tokyo)
1948 Entered into business dealings with Toyota Motor Corporation
August 1954 Named a waterworks water-supply designated contractor by the city of Koromo (currently the city of Toyota)
October 1954 Koromo Branch established and civil-engineering, construction, environmental, and sanitation work made items of business
January 1959 Koromo Branch renamed Toyota Branch in keeping with the change in the city's name
February 1966 Head Office relocated to Toyota (6-1-3 Yamanote, Toyota)
