As uses expand, the demand for evaluating the functioning and safety of secondary lithium-ion batteries and solid-state batteries is also rapidly growing. Jinnai is one of the few companies that can help meet this demand.
Offering flexible testing tailored to the objective is a hallmark of Jinnai. Starting with UN 38.3 and JIS C 8715-2 compliance testing, we make use of facilities and equipment that can accommodate large volumes of batteries and devise testing methods from the customer's perspective, including testing under rigorous conditions matched to use and requirements as well as safety and benchmark testing for battery packs.
Our Tahara Lithium-ion Battery Function and Safety Testing Center has acquired ISO/IEC 17025:2017 certification.

About ISO/IEC 17025
The Tahara Lithium-ion Battery Function and Safety Testing Center (Tahara Test Center) acquired certification under the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard on December 9, 2021.
Note: ISO/IEC 17025 is an international standard prescribing general requirements relating to capabilities for conducting testing as a test laboratory, and comprises management-related requirements for the test laboratory's management system and technical requirements relating to technical capabilities.
Along with ISO/IEC 17025 certification, we conduct testing and inspection operations while maintaining a highly reliable technical capacity and quality management system that meet international standards and adhering closely to testing-facility quality manuals, making improvement the objective.
